Scribe to a wall that isn't straight
The wall on the left leans 12 mm over the wardrobe's height. Fit an 18 mm scribe filler from the wall to the box: 50 wide at the floor, 38 at the top, flush with the doors, floor to the top of the wardrobe.
Do it here, step by step
The model is ready below, with SketchUp's own tools and keys. Watch a step beside it, then do it in the model: each step ticks itself, and Check my work measures every board to the millimetre. No download, no account.
Follows the model you're drawing: each step ticks itself once it's done.
Press Set up the model. The wardrobe is there, and a wall on the left that isn't straight.
You should see: Dashed lines mark the front of the box on the floor and on the wall.

What you draw
- Scribe filler2100 × 50 × 18
Why that size: From the wall to the box: 50 wide at the floor, 38 at the top, 2100 high, 18 thick.
Where it goes: Against the left side of the box and the wall, its front flush with the doors.
Stuck? A hint
A wall is rarely straight: you take the gap at the floor and at the top, and cut the filler to both. Here it's 50 at the floor and 38 at the top. The dashed line on the wall is its face at the front of the box.
What Check my work looks at
- Each board is its own component, not a group or loose faces.
- Each board is the size CabinetOS would cut it, to 1 mm.
- Each board is in its place, to 1 mm.
- Nothing missing, nothing extra.
When something's wrong it says which board and why, for example that a board is 21 thick instead of 18, or 3 mm too far left. Show it selects that board in your model.
